Betty H. Blackman

Faith-Inspired Author

Betty H. Blackman is a Christian, nurse, health educator and author. She has devoted more than twenty-five years to understanding how to integrate spirit, mind and body.  Her journey began with a simple question: How can I understand more of the spiritual dimension of health and teach it to others.

The answer to this question came as revelations throughout the years, and those revelations have grown into a book entitled DIET and LIVE.

Today, it is becoming a movement for three reasons.

  1. To spread the word of DIET and LIVE while spreading the Word of God.
  2. To encourage lives devoted to wholeness; where faith fuels transformation.
  3. To help individuals discover their full potential and purpose.

Drawing from decades of her belief in God, experience in nursing, and advocacy in public health she now seeks to guide hearts and minds toward a deeper understanding of wholeness and wellness.  Her vision is to offer a message-program – support groups—that equip individuals with the knowledge and spiritual grounding needed to live from the inside out. This movement is designed not only to transform personal health, but to empower people to share that transformation with others.

By renewing one’s own spirit, each person becomes a vessel through which others can also find renewal. In this way, the work becomes more than a book, more than a guide—it becomes a collective awakening. A movement rooted in faith, strengthened by knowledge, and sustained by the belief that wholeness and wellness comes from living from the inside out.
