Level 1: DIET & LIVE General Membership
For individuals who want to go through the program for their own wholeness and wellness journey.
Role:
Members are individuals only. They are engaging in the DIET & LIVE journey for personal transformation and are not leading, teaching, or charging others.
What Members Receive:
- Access to monthly DIET & LIVE session
- Free transformational chart

Members May Not:
- Lead groups
- Teach or coach others
- Use DIET & LIVE branding publicly
Fees :
- $50 per year (Membership only)

Level 2: DIET & LIVE Support Group Facilitator
Best suited for churches, lay leaders, ministry volunteers, and community facilitators.
Role:
Facilitators lead DIET & LIVE support groups using the book and framework. This role is to lead groups in discussion, give encouragement, and promote accountability.
Permitted Activities:
- Lead support groups
- Use name and curriculum
- Host groups in person or online
Includes:
- Non-exclusive license to use DIET & LIVE materials
- Facilitator guide and group training
- Listing on the DIET & LIVE website
Fees:
- License 2026: $800.00
- Annual Renewal
Level 3: DIET & LIVE Trainer or Coach (Individual Professional)
Best suited for personal trainers, nutritionists, nurses, counselors, life coaches, and wellness professionals.
Role:
This level allows an individual professional to teach, train, or coach using DIET & LIVE as a foundational guide integrating spirit, mind and body.
Permitted Activities:
- Offer workshops, classes, coaching, or group programs
- Integrate DIET & LIVE into existing professional services
- Charge for services and programs
- Use DIET & LIVE branding in marketing
Includes:
- Professional license to use DIET & LIVE
- Content alignment and presentation review
- Access to guides, charts, and framework materials
- Website listing as an Approved DIET & LIVE Professional
Fees:
- License 2026: $1,500
- Annual renewal
Level 4: DIET & LIVE Organization and Business License
For churches, nonprofits, schools, businesses, healthcare organizations, and larger entities.
Role:
License to use DIET & LIVE to serve multiple people, departments, or communities.
Assign or hire their own facilitators, trainers or coaches.
Permitted Activities:
- Offer DIET & LIVE as an official organizational program
- Train multiple facilitators, trainers, or staff members
- Host ongoing groups, classes, or ministry initiatives
- Use DIET & LIVE branding in organizational communications
Includes:
- Organizational license agreement
- Approval to train multiple facilitators under one entity
- Customized onboarding and program alignment
- Organization listing on the DIET & LIVE website
- Option for co-branded materials
- Annual review and renewal
