- Trust — Believe that God is guiding your journey, even when you can’t see the results yet.

- Longevity – Comes from living right, eating nutritious foods, being fit, less stress
- Improvement—Relationship with God and others, health, finances and lifestyles
- Vitality- Doing the things you are called to do and in line with your purpose gives us energy and strength.
- Enjoyment —Able to enjoy life to the fullest.
🌸 Practical Steps for Change That Last
- Write down goals – But know we must allow the Holy Spirit to lead and guide us.
- Go Slow – Take your time remember endurance is needed for a last time
- Set realistic objectives. Have a plan with specific way and time to achieve.
- Use reinforcing factors – Celebrate Progress, Not Perfection. Transformation is a process — honor every step you take.
These are practical steps but living from the inside-out may mean unexpected detours.

Lesson learned: Without faith, our efforts depend on our own strength — and that strength runs out. But when the Holy Spirit is our source, we gain endurance and can make changes that last.
When you live from the inside out, change becomes more than a goal — it becomes a way of life led by the Holy Spirit.
