Each group is built on the principles of Desire, Initiative, Endurance, and Trust, leading to Longevity, Improvement, Vitality, and Enjoyment — the foundation of the DIET & LIVE journey.

The focus is on living from the inside out — understanding how the Holy Spirit speaks to our spirit-our spirit speaks to our mind- our mind speaks to our body and our bodies speaks to the world by what we do and say.
🙌 Steps to Start Your Own Group
1. Pray and Prepare Your Heart
Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you and/or your leadership and bring the right people into your path. Remember — you’re not just presenting a program; you’re spreading the word and creating a space for transformation.
2. Get Licensed and Equipped
Obtain your official DIET & LIVE License to use the program materials, book, and name. Receive support, structure, and access to tools that help start or expand a program.

3. Choose Your Format
Will your group meet in person, online, or both? Will you gather weekly, biweekly, or monthly? Keep it simple at first — consistency builds community.
4. Use the Book as Your Guide
Use scripture and reflection from the D.I.E.T. & L.I.V.E. book, available on Amazon. The first two topics; Renewing Your Spirit and Making Changes That Last focus mainly on the spiritual dimension. The remaining topics provide basic information on nutrition, fitness, stress management, psychosocial health and summary of lessons learned. You will be able to modify and add revelations you receive along the way.
5. Leading and Learning
No one has reached the rank of perfection. We can learn from each other as we serve one another. Emptying our cup gives us the opportunity to gain knowledge for ourselves. Philippians 3:12-14 (NIV) 12 Not that I have already obtained all this, or
have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. 13 Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, 14 I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
6. Share Your Testimony
Let your test be a testimony now and in the future. This can be a way to let others see how God is working in your life. Your story of healing and renewal may lead someone to Jesus or inspire them to want to be a better Christian.
